Share some of your worst experiences with Meta products and software or their support, all in terms of things VR related.
I will start.
1) Meta Quest link app on PCVR randomly deciding to close out link on the headset
2) Quest 2 slowing down over time and having more glitches despite updates said to "improve" performance and reduce bugs
3) Meta Quest games on standalone quest 2 officially released having poor performance and frequent crashes, despite being popular games that are not in beta, and remind you, cost money [For example: Contractors Exfilzone]
4) Meta Quest link app on PCVR having long update times and several phases in updates [verifying, installing, updating]
Anyways, I'm curious to hear feedback from the community regarding negative experiences within meta software and products in the vr industry.

Mine is meta forcing me to use meta horizon worlds, it's a crap game and instead of making it a good game so people would play it, they just forced people to use it anyways. Also my quest 2 is getting buggy and it's likely on purpose. I'm getting so fed up I'm considering leaving the platoform entirely. VR should be an escape from problems, not giving them to me.

I believe my quest 2 is purposely getting buggy as well. I would really appreciate if some geek out there in coding or stuff like that checked what these files have, yesterday, for the first time ever, my headset OS just stopped responding and came up with an error message (I forgot exactly what I was) along the lines of null stopped responding. Weird stuff. Not to mention 5 days ago, a 500mb update kept going past 500mb, it was at like 5 gb when I had stopped it!

@Thatgoofyvrguy these two spring to mind -
META HAS BRICKED MY RIFT S - LEGAL ACTION INCOMING - Meta Community Forums - 1262978
Solved: NOT SOLVED - Unacceptable Response to Software Upd... - Meta Community Forums - 1273736
but then the majority of the support provided by metasupport on the help forums is the worst experience.

For sure. They removed support for my gpu on their page after I had glitches, and when I brought up how it was removed, they completely denied the fact. I know **bleep** well that it had been supported, yet I guess they love gaslighting people.
