I connected everything and I can't really see those scratches while headset is on my head. But the fact that brand new thing came already not perfect makes me upset 😞 ... But not planning to ship them back to Amazon due to all this waiting time...

In my experience, people don't worry as much if they are informed - at least give me an "estimated" shipping date. If you can't do that in 2017, I'm not sure you have much credibility.
