Shipping time

I just bought the Rift and Touch bundle. I live in Canada, Qc. What would be the average shipping time? A week...few months?

I've ordered from Spain on 25th and still "ordered". Next week I take holidays from work and the shipment is to there...wonderful.


Spain...where EVERYONE takes holidays in August, at the same time 🙂
(Yes I am in Spain as well, totally forgot about this...)

One of my friends ordered from Denmark on the 14th, and recived it the 24th. It got shipped from the Netherlands.

Got charged tonight at 9pm, no tracking yet, but that's to be expected.
Ordered on the 17th during the evening, in the US.
Got processed today 10 days later, 8 business days.
Shipping TBD, having it go to work since it'll be more secure and they tend to deliver pretty early there.


So there seems to be a lot of inconsistency in shipping times, even within North America. Some people are only waiting 8 days, but you waited 10+ (I say "+" because they haven't notified you of shipping yet). Did you get any extra accessories? Maybe that made it take longer?


No, I didn't get any accessories, and from what I've seen on the forums people who for instance ordered another sensor got it at the regular speed, like within a couple days to a week, but had to wait longer for the Rift and Touch. 

I think a big issue is business days and in my case the fact that I ordered later in the day like around 7 or 8pm, but more likely their inventory is fluctuating  or there were just more orders put in right around or just before the time I put mine in, it does seem like a lot of people ordered on the 15th for instance.  Most likely I'll get tracking info today based on what others have reported, seems like they process and then ship the next day, although if they don't I'll be screwed since it won't happen until Monday then.

Ordered on July 19. Just received confirmation that the order is in processing. No tracking number yet. I'm from Quebec, Canada.

Ordered my Rift/Touch bundle on July 11 from Amazon.  Got my Rift last Sunday.  Touch still hasn't shipped though it says I should expect it today.  I wonder how long I'll have to wait.

I ordered mine in the evening on the 19th. Oculus took their payment and notified me last night, My order status is now processing with tracking #'s tba. I'm in WI, US. 9 days from order to payment which seems on par with most folks in the US & Canada. Hopefully they'll be getting to those of you who ordered on the 20th &21st today. I suspect I'll have mine in hand early next week.

I've been checking this thread everyday since ordering, eagerly counting down my place in line after work as people ahead of me posted about getting their processing notice. For everyone still waiting to get processed, may the time go quickly and your rifts arrive arrive before you know it.

Got an email today from Oculus saying my payment method was not valid (although they processed my 3rd sensor no problem and I have more than enough room on my card.)  Switched out to my Visa debit and got an email saying my account was updated but its back to "order" 

Sent in a ticket will update.
