I just got an email this morning from Oculus saying my order is currently being "Processed" (changed from TBA) but I have yet received a shipping confirmation (nor any tracking number) from my order dated 7/29. I wrote to Oculus support and they gave me the same typical response they gave everyone else, that they are overwhelmed by the demand and are trying their best to ship out fast. If you're in Canada I think your best bet is to get it from BestBuy as they are showing in stock right now on their website.

I ordered on the 30th at about 6pm EST, I live in the eastern US, and based on what everyone is saying I can expect to wait a week for my order to go through, is that correct or are they running their orders in weekly stages?
I'm in the US and it took a week (plus a couple hours) for mine to begin processing (I ordered on the 22nd), and I expect tracking numbers today. That's better than some people are getting, so don't be too discouraged. You should get your order in less than two weeks most likely.

I ordered on the 16th (Ontario) and the payment was taken yesterday. Still processing but according to other posts it should go through today. I'd imagine a lot of people (especially overseas) switched to other suppliers which may have eased the backlog as I wasn't expecting it to process before August 7th based on the replies i got from the support team. So I'd still estimate 10days wait time but maybe I'm one of the luckier ones. So far I haven't come across any posts stating they received the new bundle so here's hoping the old bundle is still the one being shipped...
Imo it was worth the wait as the taxes from Amazon and other suppliers would have made it considerably more expensive in Ontario at least. If I get the old bundle that would be great but if I get the new one then the tax gap at least covers the cost of buying a controller...

Wait, if you get two tracking numbers you wont get the Oculus touch?
If you only ordered the bundle and you get two tracking numbers you will get the old individually packed headset and touch controllers. The new bundle has both of these in one box but is missing some other peripherals they used to include in the old bundles. On the bright side the new bundle is supposed to come with slightly improved foam padding.
