Yep, it seems there is a psychological obstacle that is making it near impossible to ship Rifts to countries outside the EU at this moment. I wonder why it's so hard, when I can have someone ship items to me from the UK, from ebay, and have it get here within a week (ordinary mail, not express). I seriously doubt there are that many Rift orders to Norway for example, a country with approx 5 mill people.
