Its not out yet but the guy (James Brady) is working on a downloadable VR version. Some more info here James says in the comments that he's working on a VR version.

gah! I love Silent HIll (the game and movies). I totally cicked this link expecting a VR download and was about to take a second lunch break from work  :-0

lol Sorry pal, I got excited when I read Silent Hill in Unreal Engine 4 too, I even downloaded the file and unreal engine but quickly shut it down as its way over my head. Thought I would just be able to walk about the level and try VorpX to get it in VR.

On the plus side the guy has said he is working on polishing it up and adding VR integration which might hopefully lead to a full game at some point.
