Are there already game titles in development (or released) using this new VR tech and if so could this tech change the minimum gfx card requirements for these games?

It's an optimisation, not a requirement. You get a bit more frame rate, means you can run at better graphical details. 

I don't know of any games supporting this. Hell, the cards have barely made it to the market, needs more time. I suspect PCars will be interested.
