Site not reachable and mono-io-layer-error (101)

I've had zero issues for the year I've owned My Oculus Quest 2. This morning, many sites were un reachable and DeoVR gave me a "mono-io-layer-error (101)" I'm able to log into Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and Youtube but many other sites would not connect.
