that sounds like a conection problem, chek the framerate on your computer while runing the game, try using msi afterburner
for airlink and not sure with virtual desktop, you need have your computer conected to the ethernet and then conect your heatset, make sure you are close to the wifi for get 5 ghz of wifi signal intead of 2.5 ghz (if you are far from the router)
to connect by cable make sure it is by usb 3.0 because otherwise you will have problems that the vision works badly even if the game is running well on your computer

You state: "detect my headset, then enabling wireless mode, removing the cord, booting up virtual desktop, getting into steam vr and going into Skyrim, IT WORKED. Butttt....."
Then later you state: "the client, or if my issue is that im not playing via wired connection."
This is very confusing to me. I am searching fora for getting SkyrimVR.

So, after having similar problems and reviewing your “tips” it’s obvious for 3.0 native and Facebook propriety usb C link, we sold them at target 60$ a pop. Used to get away with any old usb
