I’m using HTC vive pro. Whenever I start a game, my game doesn’t work properly. In Blade and Sorcery my screen is stuck to my headset like a flat screen, And in other games my controller appears to be “Stuck” on the ground and doesn’t track properly. And sometimes it says “only one instance of a game can be played at once”
I’ve tried every troubleshooting, I’ve updated my headset, trackers, controllers, I’ve updated my pc, I’ve reinstalled steam vr, I’ve did the room setting multiple times and it still doesn’t work.
This only happens when I play a game. In the steam vr home it seems totally fine. What seems to be an issue? I would be thankful if someone can help.
@hanitakashi This is a Meta user forum. If you need help with your Vive Pro I suggest you try the Vive user forum or the Reddit Vive subforum (google to find these). If you post on these forums I suggest you include your pc specs and what base stations and controllers you're using.
You may also want to try contacting Steam support and see if they can help.
