I contacted support about this last week, here's the response I got from Mark:
We are still working out the logistics to deliver the codes to everyone. We do not have an estimated time of delivery.
We realize how inconvenient this is for everyone but we greatly appreciate your understanding.
So no word yet, unfortunately. I'm still waiting on my rift kit, ordered Nov 1, 2012; So I don't suppose I'll have it until mid-June(ish) at the earliest. Hopefully I'll get the code by/before then so that I can drop it on HalfLife 2 (Which I read yesterday is now supported).
Oh well, I'm not in a rush but perhaps they could update the information on the order tracking page so that it contains the information you've just posted.
Update just came for oculus, saying that the credit is now on your sales order info page. I just claimed mine.
Only disappointment for me is that $20 is just enough to buy doom 3 BFG in the US steam store, but not the UK store where it is £20 ($20 credit converts to £13)
If you wanted Doom 3 and live in a country where it costs more than 20$ you should have contacted Oculus and they would have provided you with a digital copy of the game, I don't know if this is still possible. Anyway, I just claimed my code and bought the Orange box, a perfect fit 😄
