Summer of Rift "" Packs (question)

Hi Oculus,

i'm interested in the Summer of rift adventure pack. but already have 2 out of 4 of the games in it.
is there any way you can offer customers in this, or similar situation a "upgrade" based on current ownage of parts for grouped game promo's ? (steam does offer such things sometimes with packs)

sometimes it seems like we are being punished slightly for being early buyers or adopters 🙂 obviously this is just how sales work, fully realize that 🙂 and this thread is by no way intended to moan 🙂

if not, no harm done, but asking never hurts i guess.

Cheers 😉

I don't know the answer but would be nice - Steam has that type of feature right? Like if you own a game in a bundle you get -XX% off the bundle based on the sale price of the game/games you own which is super awesome

Sorry, this is not supported right now but it's good feedback.

I've just sent a mail asking something along the same lines (I have one game in the adventure pack) and got a rather straight forward reply stating that:

"We cannot provide refunds on digital content as all digital purchases
are final as per section 4.11 of the Oculus Terms of Service which can
be found
clicking here."

Which goes against the whole limited time UK refund policy (which I'm still covered under but didn't see the need to refund to re-buy so thought a mail could sort things out) so a typing and replying I shall go...

@SnackyAU, yes, Steam does offer this some times with packs. (not always)
the current value (promo value of the item you already have) gets deducted from the price of the pack.
