So I know that now that the summer of rift sale has ended the bundle simply includes a rift two sensors and two touch controllers. However I bought my rift a few weeks ago during the sale at the 399 price point. My understanding was that the bundle included a controller and remote until the end of the sale, I could just be mistaken. Sorry if this was a stupid question I don't really know what i'm talking about.
The Xbox gamepad and Oculus Remote are no longer included in the current bundle. The old bundle sold out very quickly after the sale started, so you won't be able to buy it any more.
I got the old bundle (thankfully - though even the new bundle without those extras is still worth it for that price), but I ordered on DAY ONE of the sale, I think you had to order pretty fast to get the old bundle, within a couple of days of the sale. Stock soon dried up and listings (on amazon etc) were changed to reflect the change of content though for some it was a bit hidden I guess. You're not missing much with the xbox pad (an old 360 one will work just as good and in fact feels better in the hand to me than the Xbox one pad which I've never even used) but the oculus remote is nice to have (as a remote volume controller if nothing else).
