Superhot - Too easy?

Anyone else have very little trouble with almost every level/stage?

I would like to have a difficulty option here to make it more challenging (less objects to throw/block with, not as many rounds in the clips, extra bad guy or three thrown in with better accuracy or maybe dual wielding back at you, maybe even a bad guy who de-buffs your matrix bullet time, making it slightly faster for a short while...)

There's so many possibilities, a great diamond in the rough like this game has the potential to really kick some ass and raise the vr bar. I feel almost like they rushed the vr version, if only because it's so super short, and bare bones with no menu system/new game options or even numbers for the level select once you beat it!

If the devs continue with this game adding more mechanics to an already solid system, this could become one of the killer must-have games. (even though it probably is already for some people, as it is great fun with an awesome concept)

Ps. If they could manage to add/balance some type of multiplayer co-op/vs stages with the matrix time mechanic, this could be the top vr game of this 1rst generation.

It feels like one of those Dragon's lair type of games, but it gives you more mobility.  But it seems like once you beat it, you'll always be able to breeze through it.  I'd like to see more levels added through updates.

I've gone back and beaten it a few times from start to finish, with self imposed rules of course. Most recently it was "no shots fired" so I beat it by only throwing/psychic head exploding/getting other bots bullets to kill them, has led to some very funny moments in game.

Some type of large room where you're surrounded and have to defend yourself from incoming waves with limited ammo/weapons sounds like fun as well. Or maybe a stage where you're on a moving train car, and bad guys are coming from the front and back, you could even have to duck passing bars like they portray in movies, both could make great survival stages.

As much as I love this game I think it's unrealistic to expect the devs to expand too much on it.

It would make more sense to take the engine/framework and make Super Hot VR 2.

And even with all the excellent endorsements they've gotten over the past few weeks on various forums and in various articles it remains to be seen if they can turn a healthy profit on it.

I hope so because I'd like to see more too.

Very true.

I am not sure if that game would have addicted me so much when played on TV / Monitor instead of VR.

Most likely I would have found it an "interesting concept", but that would have been it. I just can't see me having bought the non VR version...

The combination of unique gameplay and the VR technology is what makes this game so outstanding.

Problem is that superhot VR is only for a probably tiny fraction of the audience. Revenue has to be made by the classic version for PC, XBOX and alike.

While even for classic platforms, Superhot remains an "interesting concept" it probably cannot create nearly the same WOW-effect, it has in VR.
