I saw a guy mention this in another thread so I thought I'd give it a go. He said he had tested the Oculus touch controllers by covering his sensors and using his touch controllers in-front of just one sensor. He said everything was smooth with the touch controllers when he did this, so I thought I'd try it myself. I can now say that this guy is 100% correct that jumping hands only occur the moment Oculus touch controllers are picked up by another sensor. I'm sure Oculus must know this already though because it's easy to spot. How easy it is to fix is another thing.
@CyberReality - Are Oculus aware of this problem? The jumping when the controllers are picked up by another sensor? I don't think this would be a problem for two front facing sensors. With two front facing sensors the tracking doesn't jump because it doesn't leave site of either sensor, like it does in a 360 degree. I'll move back to the two front facing to test this myself. I currently have my 2 sensors in 360 experimental.
