Anyone else have their touch ship from Oculus but not receive any game codes? I've been casually asking in other people's threads but haven't really seen an answer or anyone else asking the question, so I'm wondering if it's just me. Cybereality said in another thread that the codes should be in the order history after the package ships, but all I've got there is the tracking number and order number. It's possible they could be sent out on launch day, but if there's an issue I'd like to resolve it before the controllers arrive.
No codes for me either and I am receiving mine tomorrow (6th). My invoice email shows nothing. When I click on the link for my order (which I did just now after it resent another) doesn't show anything either and I ordered as a guest. I just opened a support ticket. Kinda disappointing considering how we were promised how smooth everything would go this time.
Update: Spoke to soon, just got my codes at 1:01 am (1 1/2 hours after opening ticket so ticket probably wasn't necessary).
I received my code at 11:30 p.m. PST via email and it is also showing up in my order history now. Just one code for both games.
I filed a ticket earlier today, but I don't know if that had anything to do with it. For those who still can't see it on oculus.com it may be worth filing a ticket. Just check your order history again first.
Made a support ticket last night, when i went to bed. Now the code shows up on my orders page under touch! No reply on my ticket yet or email with codes! Go take a look, maybe they fixed it now!
