Anyone else have their touch ship from Oculus but not receive any game codes? I've been casually asking in other people's threads but haven't really seen an answer or anyone else asking the question, so I'm wondering if it's just me. Cybereality said in another thread that the codes should be in the order history after the package ships, but all I've got there is the tracking number and order number. It's possible they could be sent out on launch day, but if there's an issue I'd like to resolve it before the controllers arrive.
@TheMaster0071 Let us know how you get on. I sent them an email earlier - no reply. Just got on a chat with customer service, and they asked me to show them the link where it was stated that these codes would be given with pre-orders. Of course though, they've since removed that message from the page (as the controllers have now been released), and so there's no way for me to prove it. Said they were going to forward my comments on, and that I should just wait a few days and "hopefully it will be resolved". Hmmm.
