Well I was expecting my DK2 today but it's finally hold by UPS because the bill is not readable ... they told me that I have to fax them the bill, but I have no bill from oculus, nothing...and I ask them if they contact the sender and they told me not, it's me who have to manage to send the bill to them by fax 😞 anyone got this issue ? it was sent from Tamworth, United Kingdom. Maybe if yours was sent from this location you can have the same problem. If you see the message Held in warehouse, then you should contact UPS because you might have the same bad surprise from them...and I'm sure you don't want to lost time to get it in your hand 😕

Send them a copy of your status page. Go to OculusVR.com/sales and input your email. You will get an email where you can view all order details. I bet the order number is part of the slip. Good luck
PS - Use the PrtScn button to take a screenshot of your internet browser and also Ctrl+PrtScr will take a screenshot of the current window

What we did in South Africa is send them the order page (the one from the link in email) in PDF, but you can also request an invoice from oculus ( that takes about a day, depends on the time of coarse)
Edit: or do it as post above, I replied after

Switzerland is the Problem here. Its not in the EU so you need yet another custom declaration and for that they need the Papers. Normaly it should be enough to send them the Order Page with the Prices and the Taxes.

So that means that orders going to Norway might have problem as well since we are not part of EU?
Is there anyone from Switzerland or Norway that have recieved the DK2 with or without problems?
