Unable to find YouTube VR on App Library

Hello, I have a Meta Quest 3 and it's updated to the latest software version. When I search on the app library or the meta store, i only see one youtube app which I have downloaded and I use it without issues. My friend who also owns the same device, has a Youtube VR app in addition to the normal app. I tried to search on the library and store but can't find it. 

I then looked for that Youtube VR app on the Meta Horizon app on my phone and didn't find there either. But when I googled for the YouTube VR app, it gave me a web link, clicking on it took me to the app on the Meta Horizon. There is a launch icon which I believe syncs the app to my headset but nothing really happens when I click on Launch. 

I have restarted my headset multiple times but to no solution. Anyone can help sort this out please?

I think "youtube" or "youtube vr" in the store is the same.
Just look at release date and the version number ....it's the same.

Btw. if I look in webstore for youtube/youtube vr and have the language set to english, the app is called "youtube"

While still being on the same page, but set the language to german(where I am from), the name of the app changes to "youtube vr""
