Upgrading Oculus Rift to Quest 2 how do you get the games of your PC to the Quest 2 headset

I have the original Rift headset but all my games are stored on my PC. If I upgraded to the Quest 2 how can I get the software off the PC to the headset? Will, it run the games from my PC or does it use a different system. I see they have a cable that con connects the quest 2 to a pc so my understanding is if I use the cable I can use the Quest 2 with a PC. Trying to make the system / upgrade  simple

Rift games can not be transferred to quest to play natively without a pc.  That said you might have some cross buy games that can be downloaded to the quest.. So check the thread "cross-buy quest/rift".

However you can stream rift games to the quest via virtual desktop, plenty of youtube videos show you how to set up virtual desktop.

the link cable just allows you to use the quest 2 as a rift s, so you get a nice bump in resolution and refresh rate.
