VR fps game with gun progression

Looking for a VR fps game with weapon unlocks or attachment unlocks etc. preferably good gunplay. Maybe a cod like game with the satisfying weapon upgrades and xp, or maybe something more realistic. I like having to manually reload and pulling charging handle etc. Ghosts of tabor is the closest thing I’m looking for that I know of rn, I just prefer single player playability in all honesty. I’m sure theirs a lot of games like this, just want to know good gameplay, good progression, realistic maybe?
