I can't use my oculus go headset since tech support is super slow at responding. This is the 2nd headset that I've purchased that stopped working in less than 1 month. I am very unhappy about how long it takes tech support/customer service to resolve my issue. Now I'm stuck again for weeks with aa headset that doesn't work!
