Is there any way to raise the height of virtual desktop because when I'm watching a movie I'm having to look down on the screen instead of looking strait ahead and none of the setting like moving the screen back or forward help, I thought it mite have something to do with my sensors setup

Do you mean Virtual Desktop the app or Dash in Home?
They both can be moved dash a bit by tilting your head and pressing the button or more by standing up and open it then sit down unless you tear of a screen then the sky is the limit.
Virtual Desktop has no limits, reset orientation button whilst looking where you want the screen, hit F4 or turn on voice commends and say Reset orientation.

Yes Virtual Desktop,  It just seems like the screen is too low but pressing F4 reset orientation did help a little

Wild solution could be to stand up before pressing F4 and sit after that. Note I didn't test but it sound doable...

Set environment to "none" and then you get full freedom of screen location, the cinema has limitations from memory, I forgot to mention it as "none" is my default setting. None is the same as Void on other apps.
If you look at where you want the middle of the screen to be whist pressing the button it can go at any height including over head!  If  you turn on voice commands and your mic is working you can just look at where you want the screen and say "rest orientation" it should go exactly where you are looking.
That app is unbelievably adjustable when you get used to it.
