This game is just now making a lot of news on Oculus Rift. The game is giving away free OR headsets to first 75 backers. Check it out here : http://kck.st/GGu124

Wow. That looks f***ing awful.

Edit:rpgfanatic is just spamming the forums with this post about a ks campaign which is lousy at best, an actual scam at worst.

I find it hard to believe 102 idiots backed this garbage. Definitely smells like a scam.

And another one bites the dust, so to speak, because now there are 103 backers.

Wow. "Rpgfanatic" makes an account to spam the forums about a kickstarter campaign that's "making a lot of news on Oculus Rift", by virtue of the fact that he's spamming about it.

Do we look stupid?

And the kickstarter itself is dodgy as hell. They're promising to give away free Rifts to the first 75 people who pledge $250 or more? Now, let's run some basic arithmetic here. If 75 people pledge the bare minimum, that's a loss of $3,750 just on the Rift price (without even factoring in shipping costs). And that's assuming they can get 75 devkits. Which they can't. Now, if the offer is for the eventual consumer version, getting 75 kits is a more reasonable proposition, but then they're gambling that the price won't be considerably higher. If the consumer version, say, turned out to be $500 a pop, that same worst-case-scenario is now a loss of $18,750.

This is not good business.

Hahahah, what is that noise in the background of the recording?

A fan?
Oh, the brutal wait until Christmas. Downloading leagues of demos to make the wait less agonising.
