Hi
is it correct that when you look say down at the rug in oculus home, does it warp the graphics i am noticing it in other things too ?
like iracing if i sit in the pits say, i can look left move my head slow and the graphics warp up and down same in oculus too ?
i do have another system with rift but not tried that yet ! lol
mind you its because its not setup yet so right pain atm, be nice if i can resolve the qestion without sorting the other rig out ust yet.
i am just sat on the sim rig and thought i would ask.

its weird matey, abit like a warping if youmove your head looking down in homa say looking at the rug.
only way i can decribe it is like the face in ghostbusters 2 with vigo and warping of the face only slight mind but defo moving about and warping.
i have set up my other system now too and its the same on that with home ! i just can not remember if it has ever been like that before.
ive got to check on my mates aswell now for a 3rd check.
atm tho ican notget anything to actually load to play to test the games aswell.
got some checks to do so hopefully i will get to the bottom of this.

I think I might have experienced this and posted a thread awhile back on it, but didn't get many responses. It was most apparent with the square blocks of the store/library in Oculus Home. Things in the front of my vision looked correct, but when I shifted my head from side to side I could see the squares on the side warping/skewing. It actually made me a little nauseous, like I was intoxicated and my vision was swimming a bit in the periphery.  If the Rift isn't perfectly aligned on your face it will exaggerate this effect.

thats sounds very much like it, i have it on both rigs aswell.
its defo a warp effect ain't it.
if others could actually read this and have ago by looking at the rug on the floor and circle theres head or moving it left to right slow then it would be good if its not just me thinking i got an issue.
but i have the day 1 released cv1 and also the new batch from the day of the first £399 sale.
but it is the same issues on 2 different systems with 2 different headsets.
it stands out very well whgat i mean in robo recall in the lift at the start to get what i am on about circle your head and it warps the graphics instead of a clear movement looking.
be nice to find your old thread tho see what came up.
i have never really noticed it before mind. but then again i don't go on in  the summer much.
