Contacted support, twice, to fix this. They took a month to get back, did not commit to anything, and the problem is still there, half a year later. Not only that but the game DOES NOT WORK with ANY QUEST HEADSET, and every review since 2021 mentions this. Again, the "support" agents did nothing to fix this, keeping it on the store as a broken title that says it's FREE but you get charged for it to boot.

I can absolutely see where the confusion is coming from there. It's the developers who set the thumbnails for their games and it looks to me like they've added that to be purposefully misleading.
I highly doubt the support team have any control over listings on the Horizon store but they should be able to offer a refund to you if the game isn't working. I would reach out if they haven't sorted that already!
In the meantime, I'll be reporting this to try and get it resolved. Unfortunately, it would be down to the developer to get their game working properly again but the team should be able to change that image and save some confusion in the future. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

Not working on Quests makes sense, since this is a Rift/Go/GearVR game that came out 3 years before the Quest 1.
Where is the screen shot from? I can't find a similar view on the web store or Rift desktop app (looks like you are looking at the Rift PC version of the game, since that's the one with a 3.6 rating).

Ok now I see the free label thing, when the store showed me recently viewed games. Yeah, that shouldn't be there if the actual store page doesn't have it as free.
