lmao I've had roomates' dogs manage to open closet doors and shoeboxes just to find my only pair of dress shoes and destroy them, so I believe ya.
I'm sure there's gotta be at least a few people out there who have Touch but are 100% uninterested in Rockband, so I'm sure you'll find someone who will sell/donate theirs to ya.
