War Thunder with DK2

Does anyone have any information on when War Thunder will have a DK2 implementation up and running? I know they are very friendly with DK1, and I'm hoping that I can use it to show people ASAP that I'm not crazy for believing in VR.

Yes... Free to Play too. I'm going to assume that even if this does work with sdk.4 in Direct mode it will studder like everything else?

Reporting back as promised:

Yes! I can confirm it works on the DK2 and its so much better then dk1!
You can actually see the other planes now

Only some quirks with other views then the cockpit.

I put the rift in extended mode and start with oculus option enabled. The game plays in the rift immediately

That was quick!
Anyone with a DK2 can test this. Even SDK 0.4!

Doesn't work for me.
I assume this should work in direct mode?

Edit: saw post above, will try extended.

Another edit: It does work in extended but somehow it does look bad. Looking in the cocpit is ok, but when looking outside it just feels off. Something like looking cross-eyed.

You may be using custom IPD settings?

As i just found out on another forum the IPD is fixed to a default width and cannot be changed a.t.m.
I got some eyestrain after playing for a while but it's playable for me.

Also i found out there is no positional tracking (yet).

But the improved screen still is a big step forward.

I do indeed use custom ipd settings. Looks like i have to wait a bit longer before i can play that game.

Played it only for a few minutes, but even now i'm still not seeing as clear as it should be.

Here is hoping the IPD is right for me.

I was looking to try this out...
But... but... but... I just NEED to know about the Baba! The Baba has me hypmotized!

Just tried this, the IPD seems off by miles. Only way for me to play it is with one eye closed.

Yep. Just tried it myself. It has lots of promise but is unplayable now.

Doesn't even track the position. Can't lean forward, back, etc. Can just look around. They basically just made DK1 work - poorly.

But the P-38 looks nice. I can't wait until it actually does support DK2. But for now, it really doesn't. Made my eyes hurt taking a ride around the base just to test it out.

It's not working at all with my DK 2, all I get is video/oculus_not_supported_mode error message.
