While I am not much of a fan of Warcraft 3 nor World of Warcraft, I am a huge fan of Warcraft 2. I committed hundreds of hours to the game, its expansion, and custom maps. I recall way back when, that an "adventure" game was going to be released. It never happened... until now.
After 18 years the "Lord of Clans" adventure game was released by one of the main individuals involved with its development (check out the Scrolls of Lore community for more info).
If you're a fan of this particular era like myself, this is quite the nice gem. I have played it for about an hour using my Oculus Rift and Virtual Desktop. For me, there is something extra special to play a game that I was saddened to see cancelled 18 years ago... and now able to experience it for the first time within the bleeding edge Virtual Reality experience.
