What are the difference among them

From what I can tell, the top one is the controller and the other 3 are just batteries or battery chargers.

You can get knock-offs on eBay for around $15 but they are pretty cheaply made and will break. The official wired 360 pad from Microsoft is a solid purchase, and I've had ones last for years with no issues (and never have to charge).

The first ones is the control. The others are only baterries. Off course !
