Try Hardcore Mode, the triggers are dynamic for grip so you must use the least grip to sustain strength. It's a vertigo thrill and makes you sweat tons! It also has an arcade mode for race climbing which is unique.

Yup, I'm the same. I can play it in small doses but before long my legs go a bit wobbly lol
I bought it and I don't play it much, but it's called the Climb and every screen shot is hands trying to grip the side of a rock. I KNEW what I was buying, how could you not?!
