I bought a 40$ game and I was kind of expecting more than just climbing, kinda like airgliding in the trailer, or at least something. Won't it get repetitive and my rule of a dollar for each hour wont get to 40 hours?
I haven't played the The Climb that much, but I'm not sure why because it does look great. Maybe it's because it is a bit boring, I certainly don't think it's worth the asking price and I got it while it was on sale. The one thing they should do is let you experience the full fall to the ground..
The Climb is indeed not worth the price. I tried it out a few times in stores, I loved it, the graphics are amazing and the gameplay, although simple, is really cool. But there is just not enough to do in it. At least they should make it multiplayer... It could be fun to climb together. We could have two different modes (a coop mode, where we would be tied with a rope, just like IRL ; and a race mode, of course).

I paid full price for it and was quite happy to do so. Shame I can't complete the game though, those hard climbs are a bit too hairy given me not being too good with heights lol :blush:
One of my favorite VR games. It was already very immersive with gamepad control and is now much better with Touch. Highly recommended. 40$ are in line with prices asked for other VR games of similar (high!) production standards so I don't see anything to complain about.
