What graphicscard would be best?

I am looking to get a VR headset very soon and i am also going to buy a new graphicscard with that.
What card would be best for VR. ?
GTX 1650S
or
RX 5500 XT 8GB

And whats most important if i want VR ?

But does VR use a lot VRam ?
Then i need the RX 5500 XT 8GB

Mine does not seem to a GTX1070 8GB shows only 4GB usage.  A 1060 6GB runs fine, as does a 1050TI 4GB.  Its more about the level of detail as to what card you need it seems.
