I have downloaded and installed the free demos "Introduction to Virtual Reality" and "Discovery VR" from the Oculus store but neither of them will run. I simply get an hourglass on a grey/green(ish) screen that hangs. At the same time on my pc monitor there is this message: "itvr2.exe has stopped working".
Both of the demos appeared to download and install correctly.
uninstall, restart your pc and then reinstall the 2 programs, that's worked for me on one program that wouldn't run, not sure, but my "introduction to virtual reality" runs with the sound out of sync, I've uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times and still have the issue, so maybe there is another program or codec that conflics with it, not sure.
