Will I be notified before Oculus charges me card?

I'm just wondering if Oculus is sending out emails before they charge customers cards? I normally don't keep that much cash on my debit card.

I got an email the same night, so not much notice. Just put the funds in there....

Nope, no notice. You'll just get an order update that says your card has been charged.

No they wont and if the charge doesn't go through you will be kicked to the next shipment if your lucky. IF it takes longer for the issue to be worked out you could see your order bumped multiple shipments

You better charge your card, because if the payment fails, you will go at the end of the line.

You won't go to the end of the line if the charge fails, but you will be delayed until the next batch of shipping.

Make sure you have the funds available on the card, you won't get any notice before it happens.

You are right, but still that can take weeks.

Is it actually a couple of weeks before the next shipment if your payment fails?

I had a payment fail on Wednesday night, I have since fixed the issue but I worry about other debits taking my money first and this whole process starting again.

It can a few weeks, but it's better than three months which is the back of the line.

Really disappointed... I was expecting an email telling me the order was about to be processed so I could transfer the funds over.. sigh.
