Hi there is literally no one competitive VR game that have women characters, Onward VR, Contractors, Breachers, Pavlov. Absolutely zero inclusion. In 2023 I can not believe it.
I hope you can consider talking with developers pls since on Meta Quest platforms there are no eSport FPS games with women characters.
When talking about this topic in the communities some peoples turn mad saying that women models would have different hitboxes, and that we need to use man neutral skins. This is incredibly false in my opinion. In reality people have different shapes even males, but everyone cares about having the same hitboxes. They do not have womens because they think 90% of players are mans, it's an exclusive club.

I completely agree!!! I would recommend you putting this in our Idea Forums as well! I love it! We should have more games with women avatars and have women developers with their game ideas! Girl power! 😎
Discord channels for any of those Games have this suggestion by years without success. Maybe Meta should act as an actor in the equality battle on its platforms. I mean at least suggesting inclusivity to game studios. Not by forcing anyone.
Oculus/Meta vr is on the market since 2016 it's a lot of time and I saw no evolution yet for military games (breachers, contractors, pavlov, onward). It's so weird there are literally zero options on Meta marketplace to buy a "military" eSport competitive fps game with women characters. Then again Sony's Firewall Ultra release trailer really shows efforts in a non-machism way to do it. Is Meta looking at inclusivity?
