Just came across this rumor... it's the second article from the top under the one about the Witcher 3 bundle. I was about to build a Z97 system but if this is true, good chance I'll wait the extra 2 weeks.

I'd love a good VR Dance Dance Revolution game

Sounds awesome actually, and I might build a new system myself. If I can get a cheap gtx 680ti; then I can use that until the 880ti comes out.

Figures as I just purchased all my new parts for my Com farr system (Like Pon farr every 7 years! lol) last sun from Newegg. lol Still waiting on cooler but got the rest in the living room waiting to be built. It's a z97 system with a liquid cooled 4790k 4GHz Quad core. Yet really I would still build this system because:

    - DDR3 1886 CAS 9 mem is about half the price of DDR4 and will be for probably another year until DDR4 really takes off
    - 4790K actually has new extensions the Haswell-E processors doesn't have (http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/592/Intel_Core_i7_i7-4790K_vs_Intel_Core_i7_i7-5930K.html)
    - Can't afford the 8 core processor as priced over $1000 and the entry level 6 core will be much lower speed and priced between $350 and $450 while missing the new extensions.
    - Games won't really notice the extra 2 cores (6 vs 4) but they will notice the extra GHz the 4790K has especially when overclocked to 4.8 GHz which it can do easily and stably.

Overall it should be great for gaming with a 800 series geforce. I am tired of waiting for the next thing as every few months there is a next big thing in technology. Actually my Mom already says she wants my new system so next year she is going to pay me 90% of what I paid and I will upgrade again with that money. So really not a big deal missing out on this upgrade I guess.

Plus next year prices should come down a bit. Just doesn't seem worth it to go for the Haswell-E until prices on the chips and DDR4 comes down. Especially the Ram.. No way I could afford 16 gigs of DDR4 like I did DDR3. I payed $164 for 16 gig DDR3 1866 CAS 9 and 16 gigs DDR4 2133 CAS 15 cost $290! That's money I can use for a 800 series card!
Fire and brimstone coming down from the sky! Rivers and seas boiling! Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes! The dead rising from the grave! Facebook buying the Oculus Rift! Human sacrifice! Dogs and cats, living together! Mass hysteria!

good news if true, wait for the benchmarks to see if it's worth the initial inflated price.
