Had I got this notification prior to them taking payment in May it would have helped me ensure the funds were available and the Bank OK for the transaction. But alas, I got a payment failed email with no warnings prior to it and then a lengthy delay (almost a month and counting).

I was hopeful until I read you got an email. There's noway you are going get yours anytime soon when June orders haven't even been fulfilled yet. What a joke sending an email like this out to someone who isn't due their CV1 until August.
