ZeniMax claiming Palmer is not even capable of creating the DK1 and stole the tec?

They also mentioned no one knows what Palmer's Job title is at Oculus, which is something I was wondering.

Palmer's head is larger than Carmack's... thus making him a bigger target in such matters.

huh

was i wrong but did palmer not document his work on the 3d forums sometime ago. Is this just a wild court claim that corps seem to do?
Look, man. I only need to know one thing: where they are.

If Zenimax proves that Palmer Luckey was technically unable to come up with a working VR headset by himself, then that means it was John Carmack's creation achieved during his Zenimax working hours, which makes it Zenimax's property.

And the problem with that version is that it contradicts reality : Palmer Luckey had been collecting, dismembering, and assembling working VR headsets long before John Carmack heard of him and contacted him for that reason.

And because Palmer Luckey had been sharing and discussing his progress on creating his own VR headsets in related online forums long before John Carmack first noticed him, there should be plenty of people and online content available to demonstrate the fact that Palmer Luckey had been building his own working VR headsets by himself, no matter how much Zenimax tries to vilify him and discredit his achievements.

Didn't Palmer build like 6,000 headsets before creating the kickstarter? Or was that "owned" maybe.

Even if he did make it, who's to say it was within their working hours?
This is my forum signature.
There are many others like it, but this is mine.

I'm expecting the defence to call Mark Bolas as a witness to refute these ridiculous claims. He worked for Bolas at the USC and only got the job because of his previous experience with building HMDs. Luckey ended up designing the FOV2Go headset whilst he was there I think.
