anyone received their confirmation email?

i was able to checkout after many attempts. i checked out as guest and i didnt receive any confirmation emails. dont see any order number either except for # in my address bar which i'm assuming is the order number.

I have also not received a confirmation email. My order history shows the pre-order there but does not show the final price.

I got an order number and a ship date of April. Then I received an email telling me my address could not be verified and my order was pending. I contacted support but I guess it's going to be a while. If I'm pushed back to May or June I will be pissed.

I have no idea whether I have bought one or not.

I have an Order history in my "Recent Orders", but no email.

I guess the url contains my Order Number :#6130000270**** but it would really be nice to get a confirmation... I checked all folders (junk trash etc....) but so far nothing.

Hi Cyber,

The preorder only worked for me as a guest - when I lookup by order number and e-mail my order history shows the preorder but there's no pricing details.

Still haven't recieved a confirmation e-mail.

yes, for me thats the only place i see it.


Same situation, my order is displaying in the order history within shop.occulus, however I have no confirmation email

Yes, we checked the spam folder. No confirmation email.

It's in the order details... but the estimated total is listed as "--" and the Payment Method is wrong. It is showing the first payment method that I tried (credit card), which kept failing, so then I switched to PayPal and it kept failing, but I managed to get it to "work" eventually.

And there's no mention of Touch in the order details.
