anyone received their confirmation email?

i was able to checkout after many attempts. i checked out as guest and i didnt receive any confirmation emails. dont see any order number either except for # in my address bar which i'm assuming is the order number.

Was sent the blanket-statement email yesterday that others received that said everyone would get it today by @9AM PST, and if not, I would need to contact support again.

If it makes you feel any better, I never did get the actual confirmation email, nor a response to my followup email that I sent two hours ago...

What about those of us with more than one order in the system? I sent a ticket to support about getting one cancelled but not heard anything back yet.

I done mine via guest so I don't have no history but I do have paypal proof would it be possible for cybereality just check for my order I have pm'd you all my details thanx ....

Exact same problem, i have 2 orders and i want to keep the first one whit the best quee placement. 3 days and still no answer from the support. ok you guys are busy but...

Hold on guys they will get to your support ticket soon. They recently got back to me about the multiple order issue and they had no problem canceling the extras while keeping my earliest order in place. It won't be a problem, just might take a couple extra days.

I am in the same situation. Ordered the CV1 at around 5:40 PM (started at 5 pm but didnt get through) and finally i got a thank you for bla bla and the order number. But i missed to write the number down and i never got a confirmation mail . The only thing that gives me hope for a april delivery is the paypal check from Oculus.
So,is the paypal check from oculus our proof for preorder or not?

Yeah I got mine. And another one as well. I had no issue ordering mine. The price I pay thought is I get to wait 3 more months than you folks who had a few issues....... want to trade?
