anyone received their confirmation email?

i was able to checkout after many attempts. i checked out as guest and i didnt receive any confirmation emails. dont see any order number either except for # in my address bar which i'm assuming is the order number.

Nobody received an estimate shipping date beyond what was shown on the website when you orders. The only email that was sent was the confirmation, though there was a bug and some people didn't get it. If you can see your order on the History page, then you are ALL GOOD and everything is fine.

We are coming out with a solution for the lost confirmation emails later this week. In terms of the shipping estimate, we hope to have something better in the future. Thanks.

No confirmation email yet, but today (January 12th) Vincent from Oculus Support DID finally respond to my January 9th 10:00AM PST follow up question to the blanket-statement "confirmations will be sent by 9:00AM PST, if not contact us" email that everyone received:

Yes, we're fixing the confirmation email issue now and coming up with a better solution.

Hopefully this can be solved as soon as tomorrow.

Annoyingly I got a confirmation page and considered screenshotting it but thought "ah no, I'll surely get an email" so have no idea what the number is! I did screenshot the browser history but it looks like the number in the URL isn't related to the order at all. As mentioned it said you could create an account during the purchase but I didn't see that at either 😕

I logged a ticket to see if any order(s) could be attached to an ID account I created, but I imagine they are ploughing through tickets and am not in any hurry.

OK, thanks for your explanation... sadly when i ordered i didn't pay attention at the shipping date.. I'll wait patiently then.. 🙂 Thanks for your support..

I have still not received any confirmation emails for my order. I have screen caps of my order and order number. I have submitted a ticket and replied after the 9am PST deadline.

I also could not make an account on the same email I used to make the order.

I made this account specifically to post on the forums about my issues.

@Cybereality - Would it be best for me to continue waiting for support to reply? I am getting concerned after over a week of no replies. I don't need to change any information I just want clarification that my order has been submitted. I'd be more then happy to give you the email I used as well as the order number.

Any help would be great. Thank you!
