anyone received their confirmation email?

i was able to checkout after many attempts. i checked out as guest and i didnt receive any confirmation emails. dont see any order number either except for # in my address bar which i'm assuming is the order number.

I am in the same situation. Ordered the CV1 at around 5:40 PM (started at 5 pm but didnt get through) and finally i got a thank you for bla bla and the order number. But i missed to write the number down and i never got a confirmation mail . The only thing that gives me hope for a april delivery is the paypal check from Oculus.
So,is the paypal check from oculus our proof for preorder or not?

@mikem1973: Unfortunately, I don't see any order for you under your Oculus account. Is it possible you ordered as a guest and used a different email address?

thanks for looking into it. You are right,i ordered it as a guest. And as i mentioned i did receive a order number but no confirmation mail.

I ordered the rift a second time and all went well. But as for my first order the paypal check is still active and as you can imagine i hope the first order went through so i can cancel the second one.
As for the second order i never got a paypal check.

Hi Cyber,

can you please take a look at my account? When I completed the checkout there was no confirmation number and I checked out as Guest so it wont show up on under my order history. I did see that Oculus charged 1 dollar on my CC for some kind of validation.

Also, it happen that I put in the wrong email address. would I still be able to receive what I ordered?

This is getting ridiculous now... I've asked in every way possible if my order has gone through and I still have no answer.. I've tweeted you, pm'd you, raised a support ticket and asked in the forum.

I have been waiting for announcement of the pre order for almost a year now, wondering when I'd get my hands on this. I juggled a lot around at work so I was free at 4pm GMT just so I could get my pre order in. I didn't moan about the price I just got on with it. I've spent the last 3 mths preparing my PCS with a new GTX980, mobo, processor and memory.

I finally get to place my preorder around 4:25GMT as a guest account and in both my excitement and belief that your system would work I didn't write down my order number (stupid I know) . I got an April delivery date, which I tweeted the picture to you of the confirmation page.. But didn't take it of the order number for security... Wish I did now!! I have subsequently raised a new order and I would like to cancel that one once you confirm my original one.

Now I spend so much time everyday since the preorder go live constantly checking on here and in my email if I've got my confirmation email....

Please please please soothe my nerves... I need to know

I have the exact same issue i.e I entered wrong email address as I was ordering on my phone and thankfully I took the order confirmation screenshot. I submitted the screenshot showing proof of purchase to Oculus support but have not received any answer yet. I just need to know if my order is still valid and will be shipped to me in April.
