anyone received their confirmation email?

i was able to checkout after many attempts. i checked out as guest and i didnt receive any confirmation emails. dont see any order number either except for # in my address bar which i'm assuming is the order number.

I am still waiting for mine as well. But my order is still in my history, so I am not too worried (can't help but be a little worried, lol). I wish I just knew what shipping month I was in. 😄

I see you have now added "_spf.facebook.com" to the SPF record on the oculus.com domain.
Was my notification of the error in the SPF configuration of any help in resolving the issue?

Still no confirmation email or support about my order. It's in the history page so I guess they have my order but I would like to know if I'll get my rift in March or April. Also would like to know if the touch is reserved for me, I never saw the page where I could reserve one.

Come Oculus let me know what is happening with my order as we are getting close to week and still waiting in 48 hrs it will of been a week waiting for email confirmation. ..not good at all

Feeling rather hacked off now. There has basically been no support using the ticket system. I still have no idea if I have got a rift on order or not. I have an order number BUT no confirmation email still and the site says it can't find my account and nothing in order history. Feeling like it's bad news for me :cry: I would feel a whole lot better with an email saying "no sorry you haven't got one, please try again" or a yes and the details.

Come on sort it out guys please, not just for me but others in the same situation too!

I've received a reply from support this morning and everything is correct. But my face turned red when I read "Espero que no te importe que te responda en español". I didn't notice that I could use my native language and used my crappy english instead :oops:
