I have a question I used to have a Facebook account but I quite do we have to have Facebook account to do livestreams start events etc ? and will their be a option to use Twitter for that or does it have to be just for Facebook ?
You MUST have a linked Facebook account to use any "social" feature provided by Oculus in VR. It must be a FB A/C because FB owns Oculus.
Hmmm i suppose it depends how you read that last sentence but i just want to clarify - it must be a FB account because FB chose to force you to link that account with your Oculus account (it likes to connect the dots - ALL of them).

I totally agree with you, but I was meaning to say why it had to be FB, not Twitter. My dots remain untouched.
