ok so my headset was working perfectly fine a few moments ago but know when I turn it on it takes 5 minutes to go from the black screen to my boundry where the button says there are things in my boundry to click continue and nothing pops its just stuck in the boundry

Thank you for letting us know about the issue. We understand how frustrating it can be while playing. Based on your description, it seems like a black screen problem.

Could you please try these troubleshooting:

1. Ensure the headset is powered on (check if the power LED is on)
        If you have trouble powering the headset back on after performing a factory reset, hold down the power button for 30 seconds.

        If there appears to be no power, attempt to charge the headset for 2 hours.
            If, after 2 hours of charging, the headset has no power, see Headset won't charge
 

2. If the headset powers on, but still no display is present:
        Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect boot (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port,               etc.)
        Hard Reboot the headset
          Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound
          If the boot-up sound is not heard:
          Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
          Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.
          Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
