I have a question I just got my Oculus Mega Quest 2 and I wear prescription glasses but it seems that my prescription glasses are smudging up my lenses on my Oculus system is there a way to fix this or a way to replace it?

Hi @DragonKing1470 are you using the glasses spacer in your Quest?
If you're not sure (check the box), take a look at this video so you know what you're looking for and how to install: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQiASLNWpf0
If you don't have it, have lost it, just look up Meta Quest 2 glasses spacer - there are lots of different ones available.
Or, are you saying your lenses are now smudged/scratched and you want to fix that?

Hey, @DragonKing1470! @Hiro_Protag0nist brought up a good point about the glasses spacer for your headset, if you still have it. If you don't have them or if your lenses are still getting smudged, I found this link from our store page, which allows you to purchase prescription lenses for your headset. This way, you don't have to worry about your glasses getting smudged.
If the lenses on your headset are already damaged, please feel free to reach out to our support team. You can either reach out to them here on the forums via a PM, or you can create your own ticket on our support page.
