No matter what I try...when I run a program it goes to my screen. Im running windows 8. I can clearly see it on my monitor but it wont go to monitor 2. i drag the program to monitor 2 and open it...the program goes to monitor 1. I change the headset to monitor 1, open the program and it moves to monitor 2.
On the blog they are thinking it is related that I cannot use the context adaptor and that under the Default Programs Editor I do not get the option of Rift on executing .exe files. Either way I cannot right click and open under rift like others. One gentleman mentioned a program called Avast (I have never heard of it) and asked if I had something in Sandbox mode (never heard of that either).
I think the person was pointing out that your antivirus program may be blocking access to your DK2 and the programs needed to run it. You need to turn off or put your antivirus into "silent/game mode".
Also try running Bilago's Service Manager as an "Administrator".
