Should like playing for 10 min. in poker VR , get the front case very warm to the touch? I received it for xmas & I got the overheating message twice already. I read where people exchanged them & the problem went away. I'm gonna play poker vr from 100% & see what happens. Does anybody have the same experience & what was your fix?

I would be suspicious of the computer itself, regardless of Oculus/Rift/Poker etc.
Make sure your system is clean: (1) ccleaner (https://www.ccleaner.com/), (2) adwcleaner (https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/), (3) malwarebytes (https://www.malwarebytes.com/)
I would try OCCT (http://www.ocbase.com/) to stress test me system and confirm it runs consistently for 30 minutes or so.I understand that there is some disagreement regarding stress testing (because, well it stresses) but if you are using you system for gaming, you've already accepted that you will be stressing your system. OCCT (or any other stress software) will test components (cpu, gpu, mem, disk) and whole system. There are other programs to use for stress testing as well.
Basically, try to determine that the problem isn't with the computer, but is with the Oculus software.
Use a program to monitor the core temp (https://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/) while running rift (just while debugging problem) to make sure the system isnt overheating. Remove anything that aint rift related. go with minimum set up, no extension cables And note that the problem may be hardware as well: non working fans, bad cpu cooler, poor airflow in the case, blocked airways.
