pre-order refund

I accidentally pre-ordered among us VR and when I attempt to refund the purchase all it says is  "An Unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. (OVR6139226)" I tried a few times throughout the day to refund the purchase and had no luck, I'd appreciate help with this.
